Who we are
Skerry is run by Ana and Tom from Shore Road, Port Kell. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means us.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to look after your stay:

Your name, email and phone number
•
Your dates, the stay you booked and the number of guests
•
Anything you tell us about allergies or access needs
•
Payment details, handled by our booking provider and never stored by us
How we use it
To confirm and run your booking, to send directions before you arrive and, if you ask, to send four letters a year about open dates and supper nights. We never sell or share your details for marketing.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Write to us and we will reply within a month.
