Booking and payment
Your booking is confirmed once our booking provider takes payment and you get a confirmation email. Prices are per night for the whole stay, not per guest, and include breakfast, linen, towels and the sauna.

A 30% deposit is taken when you book

The rest is taken 30 days before you arrive
•
Bookings made within 30 days are paid in full
•
Supper club seats are paid on the night
Changing your dates
Ask us before you rebook. We will move your stay once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 30 days before you arrive and the new dates are free.
Cancelling
Cancel 30 days or more before you arrive and we refund everything except the deposit. Inside 30 days we keep the full amount unless we can rebook the nights. We recommend travel insurance.
Arriving and leaving
Check-in is from 4pm and checkout is by 11am, or 2pm on Sundays. We send the gate code and directions the week before you arrive.
Looking after the place
Please leave the stay as you found it. You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear during your stay. Tell us straight away if something breaks; most things are easy to fix.
If we have to cancel
If a storm, a closed road or anything else outside our control means we cannot host you, we will offer new dates or a full refund.
