Is breakfast included?
Yes. A basket with bread, eggs, butter, jam and coffee is left at your door by eight every morning. Tell us about any allergies when you book.
What time is check-in and checkout?
Check-in is from 4pm and checkout is by 11am, or 2pm on Sundays. We send the door code the week before you arrive.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes. Up to two dogs in the House and one in the Dune Cabin. There is a towel and a water bowl by the door; please keep them off the beds.
Is there wifi and phone signal?
There is fast wifi in every stay. Phone signal is patchy on the dune, so there is a landline in the House for anything urgent.
What happens if the weather turns?
Storms are part of the coast. The stove, the sauna and a shelf of books keep things warm, and if the roads close we move your dates at no cost.
Can we book the sauna for a group?
Yes. The sauna seats six and can be booked for a private evening. Ask when you book and we will have it lit by four.
How do we get there without a car?
Take the train to Port Kell, 12 miles away. We can book a taxi from the station or collect you ourselves for a small fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund. Inside 30 days we refund half, or move your stay to new dates once at no cost.

Self check-in with the code we send the week before.
Checkout by 11am
2pm on Sundays, so the last morning is slow.
Quiet after 10pm
Sound carries over the dune. Keep evenings gentle.
No parties or events
Small celebrations are fine; ask us first.
Dogs welcome
Up to two in the House, one in the Dune Cabin.
No smoking inside
There is a bench and a fire pit outside.
