The Saturday supper is a team effort. The oysters come from the boats in the morning, the bread from the bakery in the village and the greens from Ana's garden.

By six the long table is laid, the candles are lit and the first guests are wandering up from the cabins.

Who brings what

—  Oysters from the harbour boats at Port Kell

—  Sourdough and rye from the village bakery

—  Salad and herbs from the garden behind the House
